Associate Veterinarian
Hi, my name is Dr. Jennifer McDonald. I'm a veterinarian at City by the Sea Vet. I joined the team in April 2025.
Prior to that, I completed my undergraduate studies at Rutgers University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science, and then went on to complete my DVM at Ross University in St. Kitts in 2020.
My favorite part of being a veterinarian is building relationships with clients and their pets. I love seeing a pet's health improve and the owner's reaction when they realize their pet is feeling better.
My favorite area of study in veterinary medicine is feline medicine. I love anything to do with cats, and I have four of my own! In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and pilates.
