Associate Veterinarian, General Practice & Urgent Care
Dr. Ramos, who prefers to go by Dr. Kelly, graduated from Virginia Tech in 2017 with a degree in Animal Science. After spending a year working in the veterinary field, she decided to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from St. George’s University in 2022.
After graduation, Dr. Kelly joined a high-volume small animal general practice, where she discovered a passion for surgery, urgent and sick-patient care, and building lasting relationships with clients through education. After spending time as a relief veterinarian at City By The Sea, she quickly realized she had found the perfect fit. She is thrilled to now care for patients as part of the City By The Sea team, where she enjoys practicing surgery, general medicine, and urgent care.
When she’s not in the hospital, Dr. Kelly loves traveling, staying active, and spending time outdoors. No matter where the adventure takes her, her Miniature Dachshund, Tortellini, is right by her side.
